Waugh McDonald Foundation
We established the Waugh McDonald Foundation to help provide opportunities for disadvantaged youths through education, sports and arts-related programmes. Our goal is to empower young people to reach their potential, build confidence and contribute positively to their communities. We fund these initiatives directly and invite our clients to participate alongside us, whether through sponsorship, mentorship or hands-on involvement.
Why We Believe in This Work
We believe that access to education, creative expression and sport can transform lives. These opportunities help young people develop essential skills, resilience and a sense of belonging. By investing in the next generation, we aim to break cycles of disadvantage and create a foundation for long-term, positive change in our communities.
Philanthropy is a core expression of our values and a way for families to put their values into practice, connecting with issues that matter and making a tangible difference.
